Hotel as a whole is great, I liked it.
The hotel is clean, provides with spotlessly clean and elegant rooms. The staff are fabulously helpful and very amiable, overall. The location of the property is favourable, not far from a hillside and the bus station and Cotopaxi. The hotel has a nice bar.
